There is a recurring issue with Banner sessions blocking and duplicating each other. This is caused by the user closing the browser window instead of using the "Sign Out" button in the left pane of the main menu screen.

Please remember to exit Banner gracefully by clicking the "Sign Out" button visible on any page in Banner.

You can get away with closing your browser window when on the main menu screen ONLY. Banner will disconnect the background session after a few minutes, but if you are on a page, the session will stay on and block other users.
